Blaze Performance is a business in the Automotive Tuning industry that sells Automotive Hardware Accessories and Components
2. Delivery policy
Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and shipped within 3-4 days. Tracking is provided and proof of delivery is provided on customer request.
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available outside of Africa. For Africa sales please contact [email protected]
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Blaze Performance is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Blaze Performance will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 0% administration fee.
Our product is sold with a 1-year limited warranty. In the case of a warranty claim, the product needs to be shipped to Blaze Performance South Africa or to the nearest Blaze Performance dealer for evaluation of the claim. The cost of shipping is for the client and is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the claim. Warranty claims will be process within 30 days of product return receipt.
5. Customer Privacy policy
Blaze Performance shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6. Payment options accepted
Payment is accepted through PayPal and incurs a, non-refundable, PayPal fee of 4.7%. Refunds are done via PayPal.
7. Responsibility
Blaze Performance takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Blaze Performance chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, PO BOX TBC
12. Variation
Blaze Performance may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
